Support, billing, and refunds

Questions about your account, a charge, or a refund within the 7-day window: support@jiablo.com. We aim to reply within a couple of business days.

Privacy and your data

To access, correct, or delete your personal data, or any other privacy question: privacy@jiablo.com. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days, in line with GDPR and CCPA. You can also delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time from your account page (Danger zone → Delete account).

Security reports

To report a vulnerability or suspected security issue: security@jiablo.com. Please include enough detail to reproduce the issue. We don't currently run a paid bug-bounty program, but we credit good-faith reporters who give us a reasonable chance to fix issues first.
