Terms of Service

Jiablo is an AI-powered resume tailoring tool. You upload your resume once. For each job description you provide, we rewrite the Skills section to match what the role asks for and compile a PDF you can send to a recruiter.

By signing up or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your magic-link emails with people who shouldn't have access. If you suspect your account has been compromised, sign out from your account page and email us.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jiablo.

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time - your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.

7-day refund policy: if you subscribe and decide it's not for you within 7 days, email billing@example.com and we'll refund the most recent charge. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable but you can still cancel future renewals.

Fair use: the Pro plan is marketed as unlimited within reasonable individual use. We reserve the right to investigate and, if necessary, suspend accounts that exhibit clear abuse (e.g., automated scripts running thousands of tailors per day, or generating resumes for many distinct candidates from one account). We'll always email first if we believe this is happening.

You own your resume, the job descriptions you submit, and the generated PDFs. We don't claim any ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to process this content for the purpose of delivering the service: storing it, sending it to LLM providers for extraction and tailoring, compiling it into PDFs, and serving downloads back to you.

You agree not to upload resumes, job descriptions, or other content that is not yours to use or that violates someone else's rights.

Jiablo uses large language models to extract and rewrite text. AI output is sometimes wrong, missing context, or stylistically odd. You are responsible for reviewing every generated resume before sending it to a recruiter. We don't guarantee that the output will get you an interview, a callback, or a job.

If extraction or tailoring produces obviously wrong output, the manual edit feature on your account page lets you fix it.

Don't use Jiablo to:

• Misrepresent your experience, education, or qualifications.
• Generate resumes for a third party without their consent.
• Run automated requests that abuse the service or exceed fair use.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts, models, or system internals.
• Anything that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or initiate chargebacks without contacting us first. You may close your account at any time.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Jiablo and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms over time. If we make material changes, we'll email account holders and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after the change means you agree to the new terms.
